Foundation
To execute the foundation, one should excavate enough holes with cylinder dimension diameters of 80 cm and 100 cm depth. Greenhouse columns are placed 70 cm in these holes and are firmed by 3 reinforcements and three bundles of 16 and 4 L-shape stirrups and concrete mortar with a carat of 300.



Greenhouse chord and arc
By arcs we mean galvanize pipes in the length of 10.86 m that are placed on columns and head columns at a distance of 2.5 m. Chords are galvanizing pipes with 32 mm diameter and 2.5 mm thickness that are connected to the arc's pipe and are used to transform imported loads on the arc


Gutters
The gutters are made of galvanized sheet with a length of 6 meters, width of 250 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, and are connected by bolts in the middle of the capitals, and silicone glue is used to insulate it.



Walls ‘cover
A brick wall with 83 cm height and thickness of 25 cm is built all-around greenhouses, and the cover is installed from above it. Face walls and inside walls in aisles of polycarbonate material.




Roof coverage
The roof cover is from the greenhouse's special plastic with the below features:
•Three layers
•temperature coefficient above 75%
•10% anti-UV
•Light transmission above 80% anti-drip
• 500% longitudinal tensile fracture and 600% transverse tensile fracture
• The thickness of 200 microns -colorless
